Tammy Meadows

 

 

Tammy Meadows is in her second year of teaching at Lowndes.  She is a 1985 graduate of Lowndes Academy.  She earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and a B.S. in Nutrition from Auburn University.  After working as a registered dietitian for many years, she worked from home in Lowndesboro on the family farm with her husband, Kirk.  She also catered and spoke at events on nutrition and fitness.  Her daughter, Charlotte, is in the 9th grade at Lowndes.  She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  Tammy currently teaches History, Speech, Drama, and Home Economics.  She is the Fine Arts and Drama Club sponsor.
