The Lowndes Academy Board of Trustees wanted to inform the Rebel family that coach Shane Moye will be leaving Lowndes Academy on January 6, 2025, as he has accepted the head coaching position at Prattville Christian Academy. The Lowndes Academy Family is extremely grateful for Coach Shane Moye’s dedication, compassion, and commitment to our program over the past thirteen years and we wish Coach Moye and his family all the best in their next endeavor. A search committee has been formed to start immediately looking for a new head coach. We will keep everyone updated as information becomes available.

School will dismiss tomorrow at 11:30. If you can not pick up early, there will be extended care from 11:30-3:00. Please let your child's teacher know.

Next Thursday (11/21) will be a half day(including a morning pep rally). The State Championship game will be at 3:30 at Cramton Bowl. We will offer extended care for those who can not pick up early from 11:30-3:00. Friday will be a virtual day.
