Sports Physical Update Sports physicals will be offered Sunday, July 19, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lowndes Academy lunchroom.Open to all PeeWee through Varsity athletes (boys and girls). A physician and medical staff will be on campus for your convenience.Cost: $50

Girls workout Update Due to the great turnout at Tuesday and Wednesday workouts this week, there will be no girlsâ workout on Thursday morning.Happy 4th of July!
Workday Tomorrow We hope to see everyone tomorrow as we work together to prepare for a great school year!
Workout Schedule for Tomorrow Girls will not have workouts tomorrow morning. If they attend cheer championships tomorrow and check in with Coach McCall they will receive a credit for workouts.The Lowndes Academy boys WILL have workouts starting at 2:30 and concluding by 3:30/3:45 tomorrow. The boys that are going to camp are asked to be there by 8:45 or 9:00. We are asking them to wear a red polo or their LA polo and khaki shorts or pants. They will have to purchase an S2 pass for admittance. This is not a mandatory requirement of attendance, but would love to see all of them there. We will leave Troy around 12:00, which will let them have time to eat and then return to the field house for lifting and no conditioning tomorrow.
