2019 Lowndes Academy Deer Hunt

The Annual Lowndes Academy Deer Hunt is Lowndes Academy’s largest fund raising activity. Land owners donate their land and time for this annual event. Hunters are treated to a weekend that they will never forget. All hunters will stay in privately owned hunting cabins located around Lowndesboro, Alabama. Hunters will have the opportunity to hunt from ladder stands, ground blinds, or climbers, depending on what area they are assigned to hunt. Transportation is provided to and from the hunting areas along with food on Friday night and Saturday (lunch and dinner).

The hunt is scheduled for Jan 17-19, 2019 (Friday and Saturday). For more information including reservations call Warren Casey at 334.799.3099.

The price before July 1, 2018 is $950. After that, the price is $1050. Thursday or Sunday hunts will be an additional $125 per hunt. New hunters who didn’t attend in 2018 may register after May 1, 2018.

I’m hoping my Jeep will make it through this weekend. It’s been through everything and pulled two vehicles out.
